Our Vision
Thrive by Hope provides supportive services with leadership, peer support, mentorship and resources to help youth develop in areas of education, employment, relationship building, goal setting, decision making, independent life skills and their basic needs while connecting them with additional wrap around services to create sustainable outcomes in housing and success. We want to positively impact the lives of at-risk youth who have been affected by catastrophic events, homelessness and generational poverty.
Since 2022, our Thrive by Hope program has impacted 84 school aged children and young adults between the ages of 12 and 24.
We have:
Provided over $55,000 in emergency
hotel stays.
Provided over $11,000 in transportation.
Provided over $6,500 in counseling sessions.
Moved 12 families & young adults into their homes and successfully off the streets!
